A little bit of Den Bosch in every meeting
15 May 2025At Faber LABS, we love smart solutions. But secretly, we also love the little cosy details. So when it was time to name our meeting rooms, we didn’t just pull out a boring Excel list. We decided to do things a little differently.
It was never going to be “Meeting Room 1, 2 or 3”. We kicked off with a round of creative ideas. Names of the divisions we work for? Types of wood? (Sounded good, but turns out our partner BTV was already doing that.) Citiees where we have offices? A playful nod to coding language? Also considered. But it had to be something that really fits us. Something with character. Something that gives a little wink to where we are.
And then it clicked: ’s-Hertogenbosch.
Our hometown. Full of history, stories, and typical Bossche charm. So voilà, our meeting rooms are now named after well-known places from ’s-Hertogenbosch. Each with its own story and vibe.
Bossche Bol
Our biggest room. Spacious, bright and, sadly, more square than round. But just as solid and inviting as the iconic treat it’s named after: the Bossche Bol. Perfect for bigger sessions, strategic meetings or team brainstorms where plenty of ideas end up on the table (or the digital whiteboard). Now we just need that cosy rug for the floor. #waiting
Sint-Jan
Our long and elegant meeting room, named after the stunning cathedral right in the heart of ’s-Hertogenbosch. A space that invites deep thinking, collaboration and bold plans.
Puthuis
Small but mighty. This room is named after the centuries-old well house on the Markt, where people once came to fetch water. Perfect for quick catch-ups, team meetings or a fast check-in.
De Kleine Winst
Famous as the house where Jheronimus Bosch once lived. A place where creativity and imagination ran free. In our De Kleine Winst the space may be small, but the ideas are just as big.
Gerritje
Yes, as in "Zoete Lieve Gerritje" – the one who left ’s-Hertogenbosch for Amsterdam and never came back. Luckily, our Gerritje is here to stay. It is similar to De Kleine Winst, with a cosy feel and surprisingly comfy benches. If you want to get extra snug, you can even fit four people.
Maybe we should start a Friday challenge... How many colleagues can we fit into De Kleine Winst?
With these names, we bring a little bit of ’s-Hertogenbosch into every meeting. These are the spaces where we collaborate, improve and carry impact.
Fancy joining us for a meeting sometime?
Maybe not for a meeting just yet, but how about a coffee to get to know each other?
Take a look at our vacancies. Who knows, you might find a role where you can make impact with us – and enjoy a real Bossche Bol in the Bossche Bol.
